West Lake Motors Showcases SOUEAST's Community Spirit with Inspiring Event for 60 Autistic Children

Doha, Qatar -December 27th, 2025- Reflecting Qatar's spirit of inclusion, compassion, and social solidarity, West Lake Motors - a subsidiary of Al Mana Holding - welcomed 60 autistic children and their families to the SOUEAST showroom on Salwa Road for a heartwarming CSR initiative designed to create a joyful, safe, and sensory-friendly experience for all.

The SOUEAST showroom, typically known for its modern design and dynamic automotive lineup, was transformed into a vibrant activity hub as families arrived to a warm reception. The initiative featured an array of age-appropriate art and craft stations, drawing and creativity corners, and thoughtfully curated sensory play areas tailored to the comfort and enjoyment of autistic children.

Children explored freely, moving between soft-touch sensory setups, colorful craft stations, and interactive zones that encouraged imagination, expression, and gentle engagement.

The showroom was filled with laughter, movement, and heartfelt connections, creating a space that felt uplifting and reassuring for families.

One of the most memorable parts of the day was the joyful excitement of children and parents as they had the chance to test, explore, and ride in SOUEAST vehicles. The showroom team guided families through an interactive car experience that allowed children to sit inside the vehicles, explore the interiors, and enjoy short, safe, supervised rides.

Parents expressed delight at the opportunity to experience the cars in such a relaxed and family-friendly environment, remarking on the spacious designs and ease of access, elements that are especially valued by families with children.

Moncef Ahabchane, Chief Operating Officer at West Lake Motors, said, 'At West Lake Motors, our responsibility extends far beyond mobility. We see ourselves as part of the social fabric of Qatar, and this initiative reflects our deep commitment to supporting families, celebrating diversity, and building meaningful community connections. Seeing children and parents enjoy the activities—and even experiencing our SOUEAST cars together—was a moment of great pride for us.'

Hamda Alhitmi, Founder of the Autism Parents Platform, said, 'This initiative truly embodies the spirit of community partnership by creating inclusive experiences that bring genuine joy to families, celebrate diversity, and reflect Qatar's values of compassion and social responsibility. By fostering an environment where children feel safe, welcomed, and included, the impact extends well beyond the day itself. We extend our sincere gratitude to West Lake Motors - SOUEAST Qatar for their meaningful collaboration and for opening both their doors and their hearts in support of our families.'

The CSR day reflects the shared vision of West Lake Motors and SOUEAST to champion initiatives that support social well-being and reinforce Qatar's values of inclusivity and compassion.

The day concluded with each child receiving specially curated giveaways, leaving families with warm memories and a sense of shared belonging.
