FIP World Cup Pairs, the draws. The best of world padel in Kuwait, with 2,000 ranking points at stake

The world's top padel players are in action in Kuwait, where 2,000 FIP ranking points are up for grabs. The best of the global padel scene is competing in the first-ever edition of the FIP World Cup Pairs. The men's draw features 48 pairs, while the women's draw includes 40 pairs, all battling over the course of a week until the finals on Sunday, November 9. It's an exciting end to the season for all padel fans: the FIP World Cup Pairs follows the Premier Padel P2 in Newgiza and precedes the final events of the year, the P1 in Dubai, the Major in Acapulco, the CUPRA FIP Finals in Shanghai, and the Premier Padel Finals in Barcelona.

MEN In the men's draw, Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, winners of 10 Premier titles in 2025, return to the court as top seeds. They will make their debut against Patiniotis/Moya or a qualifying pair. On the opposite side of the main draw, Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan - fresh off two consecutive titles in Milan and Newgiza - will face Sanchez/Gil or Sans/Quilez. Juan Lebron and Franco Stupaczuk (3) will meet Lijó/Arce or Zapata/Cabeza in the bottom half, while Coki Nieto and Mike Yanguas (4) will face Torre/Cepero or Fernandez Lancha/Sager, with a potential semifinal clash against Coello and Tapia. Possible quarterfinals: Coello/Tapia (1) vs. Gonzalez/Guerrero (7), Di Nenno/Augsburger (5) vs. Nieto/Yanguas (4), Lebrón/Stupaczuk (3) vs. Sanz/Navarro (6), Leal/Bergamini (8) vs. Chingotto/Galán (2).

WOMEN Just like Chingotto and Galan, Paula Josemaria and Ari Sanchez come into Kuwait with two straight titles, seeded second in a women's draw led by Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay. The top four pairs - including Claudia Fernandez/Bea Gonzalez and Andrea Ustero/Sofia Araujo - will all start directly from the round of 16. Ale Salazar and Martina Calvo, finalists in Egypt, are seeded seventh. Possible quarterfinals: Brea/Triay (1) vs. Alonso/Jensen (6), Salazar/Calvo (7) vs. Ustero/Araujo (4), Fernandez/Gonzalez (3) vs. Ortega/Icardo (6), Guinart/Virseda (8) vs. Josemaría/Sánchez (2).
