Dukhan Bank Announces The Final Winner Of The Thara'a Savings Account Qar 1 Million Grand Prize

Doha, Qatar - 18 January 2026: In the final draw for the Thara’a Savings Account for 2025, Dukhan Bank is pleased to announce Ms. Sharifa Mohamed Al-Romaihi as the winner of the QAR 1 million Thara’a grand prize. The winner was selected through an electronic draw, conducted under the supervision and in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s Qualitative License and Market Control Department.

The Thara’a savings campaign, which had a total prize pool of QR 5,025,000 and 327 winners throughout the year, including the 3 grand prizes of QAR 1,000,000 each, drawn every four months, monthly draws for a single prize of QAR 50,000, and 35 additional prizes valued at QAR 5,000 each, has been a testament to Dukhan Bank’s commitment to rewarding customers while promoting a savings culture aligned with Islamic values.

Commenting on her win, Sharifa Mohamed Al-Romaihi said: “I would like to thank Dukhan Bank for this rewarding opportunity. The amount I deposited was modest, yet it qualified me to participate in the draw and win a valuable prize.
