Boeing Names Hamad Al Abdulla as Senior Manager for International Business Development in Qatar

DOHA, Qatar, October 7, 2025 — Boeing has appointed Hamad Marzouq Al Abdulla as Senior Manager for International Business Development for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Qatar. In this role, Al Abdulla will lead sales campaigns and customer engagement for Boeing’s defense products and services, reinforcing the company’s long-standing partnership with Qatar.

Al Abdulla joins Boeing following a distinguished 30-year career with the Qatar Armed Forces, retiring in 2023 at the rank of brigadier general. An accomplished air traffic control officer and instructor, he held multiple senior operational and leadership positions throughout his service. 

A graduate of the Royal Air Force Cranwell Officer Training Course in the United Kingdom, Al Abdulla has completed extensive international military education and training in the UK, Oman, France, China, and Qatar. He holds two master’s degrees in military leadership, administrative sciences, and strategic studies.
