Exclusive menu items offering guests a taste of luxurious Cantonese cuisine 29 September 2019, Doha, Qatar: Award-winning restaurant Hakkasan Doha, is celebrating -once again Golden Week from 1 to 14 October with a special menu, featuring a variety of timeless traditional Cantonese fine dishes. Golden Week is one of China’s biggest annual seven-day national holiday taking place in October. It is a popular period of the year when the Chinese people travel significantly around the world to experience luxurious offerings. Combined with opulent design and intimate ambience, Hakkasan offers a specially created and innovative Golden Week menu. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients while following the traditional Cantonese cooking technique. Hakkasan guests will get to enjoy a rounded experience with favourite dishes that include the famous Supreme dim sum platter, Stir-fry Wagyu beef with yam and pine nut, Crispy cuttle fish with mango in sweet plum sauce, Wok-sear tiger prawn with golden egg yolk, and the Golden ring dessert.
