Taking place on Tuesday, 11 February 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Aspire Park (Pitch No. 10 & 11), Zulal Wellness Resort will host a series of wellness sessions designed to encourage a balanced and active lifestyle. Participants can experience Hatha Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Tai Chi, and Thai Boxing, all led by expert practitioners to help improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. In addition to the sessions, Zulal Wellness Resort will have an interactive booth where visitors can learn more about the resort’s Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine (TAIM) approach, explore its family wellness programs, and discover how sustainable living is integrated into everything it does.
